Introduction to Buddhism
What is Buddhism? Buddhism is more of a philosophy, a right way of living than a religion since it does not practice worshipping a creator god. It is a path described very informatively that can leads you to understand the ultimate truth of our lives. Buddhism describes that Nothing remains permanent, your actions have consequences and everything changes with time. This teaching addresses to all human beings despite their race, nationality, cast or gender. It teaches practical methods for the people to understand and practice the teaching to transform their path of living with clear insight on life. The ultimate goal of a Buddhist if he may choose is to reach the highest spiritual state of "Nibbana" which will be the end of suffering for anyone who attains it. Buddhist practice "Meditation" in order to develop qualities awareness, kindness and wisdom to help them follow this path.
